Simmons and Sheila are talking, and Sheila asks if Simmons remembers who the Blues are fighting. So Simmons starts making up stuff about pirates and space cowboys coming to steal the Blues' cattle and Sheila's response is:

"My logical data analysis sector indicates that would be highly unlikely and my bullshit meter agrees."

Am so stealing the bullshit meter. Whoot!

Also. *points at icon and snickers* Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] diannelamerc.

ok, point. Dude, one of the townies--er, Shane_mc? has femslash. Yes. And one of them is blonde.

Er. If, y'know, you're feeling bored.

This is very true. Tex isn't Kara, either, despite their attitude similarities.

Dear god, can you imagine a teenage Tex? ...sheesh. She'd be Faith, but with armor and a big gun.

Indeed. *makes note to read when she gets home, if she's awake enough*

Awwww.

It would only work if we had a long-suffering Church.

sigh. I forgot my reading glasses. My eyesight sucks.

*flops* Weapons-ban debate is pissing me off.

Er, no. I don't think I could do Church well. Plus, er, no more characters, omg.

Thanks. o.O

I just... Apparently, it doesn't matter what argument you use. They're still going to make it out like the people with guns are irresponsible and should be shut down.

sigh.

Heheh. Yeah. Plus, the weapons-ban would piss her off.

I just read one of Beka's new comments, and that's exactly what I was sort of saying. (hush, my logic circuits are dead) That it's discriminatory to against those people who can remove their weapons. Although, apparently, that's considered 'us against them' mentality.

god. whatever. I'm not poking at it again until I get home. I hope.

sigh. How's the date going?

NO! He must stay Teen!Cam.

Screw all of this Asgard minicrap, damnit.

(mostly because I thought the SG kids should've all been normal teens--sans Janet--and they're not, which makes them all kinda Mary Sues.)

*snort* mebbe.

sigh.

"This is not a quilting bee, honey."

Sam snorted and dropped the sewing basket, turning it over to spill the contents out. "I know." She reached out and grabbed the needle and thread, eyeing Kara, and taking note of the fevered glint in her eyes. "But you've got an injury that needs to be stitched.

"You are not coming near me with a needle."

"Then you'll die," Sam told her, voice implacable. "Besides." A smirk touched her lips as she carefully sterilized the needle in the candleflame. "You're in no position to stop me."

"Damn." Several rather colorful words spilled from Kara's lips.

Actually, Sam says she got knifed. While they were running from bandits. And also that she wishes she'd taken Kara's advice and worn pants, because skirts really suck when you're running from bad guys.

She's also irritated that this means Kara isn't in any shape for kissing.

Kissing is not good when you're weak from bloodloss, and Sam says Kara might also be feverish, and she's not going to do anything to endanger Kara's life.

Also. Do we have a plot for the AU?

Snuggling is allowable. Possibly even groping, as Sam will decide Kara is just too feverish to understand what she's doing.

omg. yes. That works. Er. And their name is Tom Zarek! And he has a Band! of not-very-Merry Men. the Not Very MErry Bandits have knocked over a few banks, and sheriff Carter needs to track them, and needs the best. So he got Kara.

Of course, the part where she flirts with his daughter is something he is not paying attention to, as he's sure Sam will one day settle down with a nice man and give him grandbabies. Just as soon as she's over this whole wanting an education kick.

...er... too stereotypical?

I suppose so. *bounces* Mmm. Wind and rain and being trapped in the mountains because the NSMerry Bandits are tracking them. And Sam was there, because she was bringing Kara tea or something.

er. Yes. 3 minutes!
