Sam had no life prior to the SGC. In fact, she was cloned especially for Jack. They only got her out of stasis right before the first episode.

Thank you! You cleared that up for me. I was wondering how someone could reach Sam's age and yet still be completely unwise to the world of men and dating - despite the fact she was engaged once that we know of.

Now I get it! The Hanson thing was a cover-up, a ploy if you will. Bet he was a clone too!

Oh but the engagement was just a program to give Sam the illusion that she has led a long life. Of course Hanson had to be cloned to make it believable.

Ooo.. maybe he knows she's a clone, he works for the NID, and it's his job to get more info on her. Bet he drugs her and runs tests when she's sleeping.

Darn it. She needs her Jack so badly. Can't be whole without him. Can't look after herself without him.

Yes, you're spot on. Pete is an evil clone made to get Sam away from Jack and now the NID is using him to do all sort of big evil things to Sam.

Oh, I can't wait till season eight now! That's obviously the way the writers are going - and I bet you, Jack gets to save the day at the last minute and Pete? Hmm.. He's disposed of. By Jack.

NID.. Who knew they'd come so far in creating clones? Can't wait for the episode where they explain it all!

And Kinsey.. I wonder if he's a clone.. A puppet to get them in power.. Ooooh.. Interesting!
