Gah, realised I forgot to add the basilisk and the salamander to my list. Damn.

Corrected: lion, unicorn, crocodile, phoenix, echinus, whale, mermaid, thamur, salamander, Jacob van Maerlant and eagle.
Correcting at the moment: mermaid salamander Jacob van Maerlant
Still to correct: mermaid, basilisk, salamander, thamur, Jacob van Maerlant, bee, general chapter, introduction and conclusion. (and put together some suppliments)
Goal today: mermaid, thamur, Jacob van Maerlant and thamur.

Not sure if that's realistic but I have to try.

Thesis annoyance

So in every chapter I have been using 6 sources: Physiologus, Aberdeen bestiary, Bartholomaeus Anglicus, Albertus Magnus, Brunetto Latini and Jacob van Maerlant. I have made an introduction to introduce them all. And now in the umptieth chapter I hand in with those sources he says that if it's the first time I mention these people I should situate and introduce them.

Okay, please tell me how I should take his corrections seriously if he can't even remember anything of this? No wonder he started suddenly commenting on putting chronology in my chapters while the whole damn thing is already chronological. I understand that he has had a lot of people to follow up on their thesis and he has had exams in between that too. But seriously, this is the damn structure and basis of my thesis and he can't remember it! Yeah, I'm very grateful I have another prof reading this as well.

*pats steaming brain* You did good. I finished correcting the four chapters. Sadly enough there wasn't enough time for the suppliments but for the most part those are already written down and I just need to verify some things and edit the footnotes.

*deep breath* So tomorrow I'm going to Leuven. I feel like just skipping the library and coming straight back. Well, I do need to check one book out. I really don't want to think about it now. Will cross that bridge when I get there.

Still no sign that my prof has corrected the bee chapter though. Gah!
