Splash the cat?

woodfaceSo the cat had been prowling around my room climbing up and under things and finally disappeared again. Until I hear a sound that sounds suspiciously like a splash coming from the bathroom where I hadn't emptied the tub yet after my bath.
And sure enough, I go check it out and something small and decidedly wet runs past me and into one of the bathroom. Yep, the cat stupidly jumped in the bathtub and only after the jumping realised that there was water in it. It was quite a struggle to catch him and dry him off and now he's cranky. Which might have more to do with my laughing my ass off at him than with the fact that his paws and belly are completely drenched.
Poor drowned cat.
