Cameron Mitchell: the picspam

All the picspams lately made me want to do one for Cameron. Because I like him and I think he's hotter than Crichton, but I'm not sure why. Anyway, don't take my word for it! (All pictures can be clicked and lead to the bigger and prettier version!)

Meet Lieutenant Colonel Cameron Mitchell, new leader of SG-1.

Who sometimes gets to wear civvies and for which we are all grateful.

Cameron is what you would call a flyboy. He's a genuinely good guy and it makes you want to hug him even more.

He's also an explorer, eager and curious about the adventures that are waiting for him.

Not all adventures are as fun however...

So sometimes he gets cranky.

It doesn't stop him from wanting to be a hero however.

Cameron likes to think he's cool so he tends to wear his collars up. Which is fine, it looks nice on him.

And because we're shallow, we'd like to point out that he has very nice hands.

Actually, Cameron is just very nice. So TPTB like to stick him in leather.

Which we won't protest about.

Not everyone can pull off leather however, but Cam can.

He can also pull off weird grey outfits.

Or cleavage.

He even looks pretty as an astronaut. Or did we know that already?

And then there's the unidentifiable outfit that still looks hot.

Being in the Air Force, Cameron gets to carry guns a lot. We appreciate it when he gets to carry a gun and wear leather.

Sometimes he carries two guns.

Or just something mean ass looking.

He plays well with others too.

And can definitely kick ass.

Or get his ass kicked.

But we don't mind because he's kind of pretty all beat up and dirty.

He's also very pretty when they go for the mental whumpage.

Poor woobie!

And then there's the more sweaty look.

Or the stubborn one.

Honestly, I just like Cameron any way I can get him.

He's pretty just standing around.

Or being a bit of a dork.

Or on a bike. In jeans. With a leather coat. I love my show.

I actually don't care much about what he wears.

Or doesn't wear.

Because he's nice regardless.

And doesn't need any pants.

No matter what AU he's from.

That's why I love Cameron Mitchell

I should! It's just that I have so many icons. Like twice as many as I'm able to use. But he is awfully pretty, so I probably will have to. Of course, knowing me I'll end up with a whole folder full of icons of him. Sometimes I just can't help myself!

Love them! I wore out Six Months in a Leaky Boat on vinyl. (I didn't get into Crowded House until later, which explains why I didn't immediately get the name reference.) Until recently, I thought I was the only person alive who still knew who they were. iynx and I have now traded back and forth and I have a fair collection of both SE and CH songs on mp3.

Ooooooooooo! There's actually a bigger number of fans out there than you'd think. I also do my best to convert as many people as I can. I started out as a Crowded House fan really, I don't know all of the Split Enz stuff. I do have some bootless of Neil Finn/Crowded House/Finn brothers on mp3 as well.

I caught a random rerun on TV the other day and there were TWO Camerons in it. But I don't know how they got to be TWO of them, and then SAM walked in and there were TWO Sams, it seemed like and MY BRAIN JUST EXPLODED.

Then Black!shirt Cam walked off with Black!shirt Sam and it seemed like they were contemplating EVIL. Then I had to switch off the telly cause I wanted to catch the episode from the beginning some day. EEEEEEEEE.
