Rambling of a mad shipper

woodfaceI keep thinking about everything that's going on in that episode and my conclusion is that Vala and Cam are having sex. *nods* Let me explain why this works in my head!
First of all, I'd like to just simply notice how comfortable Vala and Cameron seem to be around each other. There's a whole lot of touches happening there that suggest a certain level of intimacy. There's also something in the look Vala gives Cameron when she asks about Amy. I can't quite describe it, but it's this knowing look that suggests she's seen him naked and she will now mock him for actually being shy around another woman. And don't forget that she practically offered him sex right then and there in his parent's house.
Now I fully admit that Cam has been more cranky with Vala in this episode than he has ever been. I think he took lessons from Daniel or something. But! I have an explanation for this. *nods*
The first time he gets really irritated at Vala is when she pronounces herself his date right in front of Amy. Now, we have seen Cameron around a girl he likes once before and he never really acted like this. He was actually fairly smooth around Reya which for all intents to him was nothing but a casual hooking up with someone who was cute and interesting. Amy is the girl he's had a crush on twenty years ago and for some reason this reduces him to fumbling and making a complete idiot out of himself. So not only is he being incompetent, Vala then intervenes and pretty much shoots his last chance to hell as well. Hence, he gets annoyed.
What does this have to do with Cameron and Vala having sex? Stay with me omg, but it does. Vala is open about sex. She likes sex and most of all she'd love to have it with Daniel. Which Cameron knows as he spent the last few episodes being her support when she was all anxious about Daniel. Cameron knows fully well that sex with Vala is just sex. When it comes down to it, Vala keeps running after Daniel like a little puppy. Which usually doesn't irritate him this much, but here he is with a girl who was probably perfection for him as a teenager. And I don't think Cam is dumb enough to start kidding himself that he's magically going to pick up a relationship after 20 years. Hell, Cam has hinted to it enough that his job is a pain in the ass and has cost him a lot of relationships. Now he's standing there and he's getting that teenage dream rubbed in his face and his job is still there and I'm not sure how much he believes Amy is going to look him up.
Why not? Because he was pretty much pouting and sulking at Vala when he got in the car telling her how nice Amy is. Vala? Feeds him cake from her fork and he doesn't blink an eye as if this is the most natural thing for her to do. And Cameron is more than a little bit frustrated because he wants more than cake, but Vala isn't there enough to realise that he might want a full meal instead of just dessert (ETA: Note him atually pointing out that she sometimes is too independent). Cameron loves his job, but in the end, he also likes the idea of having a relationship you're happy in. He gave up on that a while ago, but between sharing kisses with Amy over something that passed 20 years ago and Vala sharing cake with him, he knows he's not getting that.
Uh so yeah, in conclusion; Cam and Vala are having sex.

Especially considering that Cameron didn't actually protest the notion that he was *with* Vala when his mother assumed they were sharing a room. And Vala just kind of shrugged it off like it was no big deal which I could so see happening after a mission or something.
He also never really denied that they had a relationship - even to Amy. He just said that they were 'friends' - which could totally be friends with benefits.

Though part of me always looks at them and sees Crichton and Aeryn shining through, so maybe this is why.
Or maybe it's because of the OMG obv, sex :)

I totally think they've had sex. But then, I figure all of SG-1 is sexing each other, at this point.
