I used to have a shareware version of WS_FTP to upload things to my website, but sadly enough that version died together with my old computer. I can only find a 30 day trial now (same with cuteFTP and coffeecup). Does anyone know another decent free program to upload things to your ftp?

I had the same problem with WS_FTP :( but I've been using smart ftp which is free for private home use...

I use SmartFTP too, & I really like it.

If the one suggested above doesn't work, I've always used CoreFTP. Easy interface and has never failed me.

I am preeeetty sure I have the old version of ws_ftp if you ever want it (it's what I use, but I think I have the installation file as well), but if you've found another one with more features I'd say go with that!

hee. And I was going to offer my copy of Cuteftp 2.6, but others have covered it. (my copy is about 8 years old, at this point)
