woodfaceNo, I haven't rewatched the episode yet but I was just generally thinking about it. From the moment we get stuck with two Crichtons it's clear that one has to die. So in a way, it's not totally unexpected that they kill Talyn!John off. Still, at this point in the series Talyn!John has become the John and the other one the clone.
And yet, I remember not worrying about his death. It wasn't John dying that broke me up inside, it was all about Aeryn. It was Aeryn breaking and crying, something that is so rare, that broke me into little pieces. It's simple; when Aeryn hurts, you hurt too because it is so hard to get this woman down on her knees.
So when John dies and she lies down beside him, it hurts to frelling much.
