*hops* Am bored and tempted to ask for another icon challenge. Those were fun last time, but my icon muse is on holiday, I think.

A conversation on fandomtherapy has now made me wondering about Cameron/Aeryn fic. I'm pathetic like that.

Okay, fine. I'm going to go with a drabble challenge and I'm going to try really hard to actually do it this time. So, gimme a pairing or character and scene or thingie wingie and I'll write it. Be mean and give me something you know I don't see or loathe and I'll be equally mean and frak them over. *smiles sweetly*

He watches Cally down the fourth glass in a row and he’s not sure who is more surprised about her ability to hold her liquor; him or the viper pilots. Not Kara Thrace anyway, she’s grinning and holding out her hand as the others around the table reluctantly pay up.

“Fair’s fair,” Kara admits as she hands Socinus the money he just won. “Now be a good boy and help me get her back to the ship.”

“I’m fine,” Cally hiccups, but when he wraps his arm around her she’s leaning heavily against him. Not that he’s going to complain.

...and I realize that I don't have a Cally/Socinus icon where Socinus isn't dying. I need to fix this.

Yaaay! Was nervous as I've never written anything for that pairing before. I did write a Cally/Lee fic, but it's still unfinished and most likely will stay that way. *sighs*

*hugs* I haven't even written actual Cally/Socinus fic, where the two are both alive.

...I think you may have just been the first. Cause, like, it's -my- pairing. And I'm starting to lose confidence in it, cause rewatching the mini totally makes me think Cally/Prozna was either goin on, or it was, in fact, just a good bunch of working buddies with no love or sexing involved.

And Cally/Lee is one of those "Erm... okay? Why exactly is Lee doing this? And why is Cally settling for that schmuck?"
