*sighs* So only one person checked out the RvB video? Pfffffff, shame on you all.
My sis was here earlier today and I made her boyfriend watch the vid. He had never seen RvB before but he found this hilarious as well and I think he's interested in watching the series. Yay! It's my mission to spread the Red vs Blue love.
Oh man, there's a huge frakking spider in my musquito net. Am I glad I notice this now and not when my mom is asleep.
*goes run for help*
ETA: The spider killing happened with it usual share of grumbling from my mother. Apparently she knew by the way I came down the stairs that there was a spider to kill. *blinks*
The spider was not inside the net out in a crease outside and my mom said that she was "lucky her napkin wasn't too small to kill it". Har har.

Creepy crawlies creep me out big time. Summer is always exciting due to those delightful freaking enormous (not to mention FLYING) cockroaches that take up residence all over the place. Many a night will find me bolting out of my room shouting for my mummy to kill the big bad bug.
Aren't we supposed to grow out of this stuff?

Great, now I'm going to give myself nightmares for weeks.
I commend your ability to still think straight after something like that. The last time I had that close an encounter with an insect - cockroach again - it did the same. However, the damn thing scrambled across my HANDS. Naturally, I shrieked, fell off my chair and went running for mum (it was about 1am on a Friday morning - she wasn't too happy ...)

Or even without an actual spider being present. For me, little shadows scurrying about and rustling behind bookshelves is enough.

I think someone just tap-danced over my grave ...
Hmm, I don't have any bug icons :/
