We don't know enough about either Cylon or Colonial religion. It seems to me like Cylon religion incorporates a lot of Colonial religion - they seem to take Colonial prophecy pretty seriously, anyway.

So far, we know that we have the President taking the role of the "leader" to Earth. Unfortunately, we don't know what roles are left. The Warrior? The Apostate? The Mother? The Destroyer? The Prophet? I can think of dozens of possible roles, though the prophecy probably only lists three or four, maybe as many as ten.

Adama drowned the baby in Baltar's hallucination, so that totally makes him Pharaoh! But we have to stop at some point, because their religious references are a complete hodgepodge of Judeo-Christian, Hellenic and Hindu/Buddhist elements (reincarnation). It's not exactly coherent.
