US BSG fans

woodfaceApparently Best Buy is getting some exclusive for the BSG DVDs. I have an eerie suspicion that they simply took the UK DVDs and converted them to Region 1. My advice if this is the case is to not buy it. They're bound to screw everyone with region 1 over by giving region 2 more extras.
Yes, I'm still cranky about that. Can't they just give everyone the same extras instead of pulling this shit? They already did it for the mini by giving us 15 minutes of the low down and besides that absolutely nothing. Why? Because we got it earlier we're bad fans who don't deserve the pretty? (And with we I'm kinda turning myself into a Brit.)
I'm sorry, it just annoys me. Most of the time we pay more for our DVDs and Universal has done nothing to give extras to their fans while Ron Moore is all smug about how the US will get extras. Nice, thanks. I feel really valued as a fan. But then, I'm not a statistic for them so why should they care?
