GIPs, fires and spiders
Mar. 19th, 2005 10:50 pmMy street nearly burned down! There were 4 firetrucks, 2 police vans and 2 ambulances. I don't think anyone was actually hurt as the ambulances left pretty quickly but the firetrucks are still at it. Amazing how many people just happen to pass by your street when something is going on. Then there are the more bolder ones who just park, get out and go take a look.
Okay, so maybe the street didn't exactly burn down. But I nearly fell over a spider in the basement. It was at least 3 centimers! Although my mom says it wasn't even half a centimer, but that's not true because it must have at least been a centimeter, she just likes mocking me.
Oh yeah, GIP. I was going to make a bunch but I'm being fickle and have no patience, so I just made the one.
Word of the day: fictitious.

Date: 2005-03-20 12:56 am (UTC)I'm with you! We have to get those 'speck of dust' spiders too. They're obviously scouts for the bigger armies.
