"Normal" people go on holiday and get a crush for the time they are abroad (or so I have heard somewhere). Me? I get a crush on a tv series and totally geek out over it, then go through withdrawel when I get home. *ignores muse cackling in the background*

Buy of the day: Willow on DVD! Hee hee! I blame this on amilyn too because I didn't finish watching the entire movie at her house ;o) She's so easy to blame.

I miss people on the other side of the ocean. I haven't been hugged that much since... well ever. So yeah, I took full advantage of that. (Of the sprodding too, ask splash_the_cat.) So to beat nostalgia, I am wearing my NASA t-shirt (and dogtags). I am such a geek.

Okay, seriously, that whole "stupid cute OTP" Julie has with Sam and Jack? I have this with Aeryn and John. I do not want to ship them, I don't need a new fandom to get sucked in to. *shakes fist at their cuteness and hotness*

Now see, I have seen some people get all snotty about how Farscape ship is so much better than SJ (cue to lots of whining and ranting about TPTB) that I didn't even want to watch the series to begin with. Yes, John and Aeryn are very hot. But you know what? No one kisses as prettily as Sam and Jack ;o)

Heh! John and Aeryn sucked you in! They'll do that. They're so darn great together. SciFi had a chain reaction on today, much to my pleasant surprise. So I watched about an hour and a half of Farscape before I went to work today. Unfortunately, John and Aeryn were all I could think about when I got there. ;)

Too complicated to explain. I saw some episodes from S1 and S2 and first two of S3. Basically, just don't tell me anything about it ;o) familyarchives is making me copies which will get here hopefully within a month so I can watch everything.

I've been on a Farscape binge since mid-December. I only have season 1 and 2 at my disposal at the moment, and no real time to watch, and I so so so desperately want to just sit down and watch the whole damn series in one go, cos it's just so damn good!
*takes a breath*

But yeah, I =soooo= recognise the withdrawal! And the "can't think about anything else" that someone else (I think it was Lyta) mentioned!

Heh, I've been watching Farscape a bit lately too. I really like it although I still don't think it's as good as Stargate, like many of my flist insists is true.

However! I LOVE Aeryn. I love Aeryn almost as much as Sam. They've definitely become my two favorite female TV characters ever. Both atypical and tough with that hidden tender side.

They're two completely different shows. I haven't seen nearly enough of Farscape to even try comparing it quality wise either.

I like Aeryn, I am fascinated by her background, but she doesn't come close to Sam if you ask me ;o)
