I'm used to getting a stiff neck, I've always been sensitive to it. This however is the mother of all stiff necks.

Ibuprofin (sp!) and a warm hot water bottle applied to the area. Tried and tesed method, hope it works for you.

Well I took a painkiller earlier adn used the oilment that my doc described me for it but it's not really working wonders right now *sighs*
