I had my last exam today. It wasn't great or outstanding but I think it was enough. Let's hope so. I'm trying not to think about the thesis too much yet but I'll have to start on it again soon I guess.

Almost had an argument with someone before my oral exam. Everyone has a number and according do that you can somewhat determine at what time you have to go in. I had number 56 so this girl and a guy are sitting there and they have numbers in the 100. The guy was cool but the girl starts whinging about sitting there since 9am and wanting to go first. So I said no, I had made an appointment with Kurt based on my having to go in around 10:45 and I wasn't going to keep him waiting for another 45 minutes because they decided to come sit there stupidly from the beginning hour.

So I was only marginally late in Brussels. Had a nice day although we did nearly get blown away. Kurt several times tried to keep me from drowning in my own hair. Ick.

He also got me my birthday present (and I got him his). I now own The Eagle of the Ninth and The Silver Branch from Rosemary Suttcliff! Yaaaaaaaay! Go children's books.
