This is it, I must say that I never noticed the shield before so I checked today and it was there. The image is a lot clearer now that it's all painting in white again but it's lost some of it's charm. Yeah, the second picture shows you quite well in what kind of neighbourhood it's standing. Maybe that adds to the effect.
