Vlaanderen Boven!

Feeling proud of my country again, esp Flanders. The PISA study indicated that Flanders is in the top five for the best education in the world. Number one when it comes to maths. The Walloon provinces score a lot lower though but the general result for Belgium in its entirity remains high.
