I just realised what bugged me about New Order

Several stores (around 10 apparently) were vandalised and/or robbed in our town today. They say it isn't a "crime wave" so what the hell is it then?

On the brighter side of things. I had another memobrable moment on the train.

So I'm just sitting there playing with my walkman when this guy walks in (I think he was somewhere from North Africa but he might as well have been from Turkey, I'm really not good with placing nationalities). He walks by, goes look through the window and then comes back. Sees me, stops, looks at me and then asks me if we're nearing Brussels North or Brussels Central. I reply it's North and he sits down.

When we enter the station, we both get up at the same time to get off the train and he checks with me if we're really in North now. I tell him yes and as we wait for the train to stop he starts talking to me.

"I thought you were a boy at first."

Charming.

"But then I realised you're a girl. Do you know why I realised that?"

Boobs? "My hair?"

"Noooooo, boys have long hair too. No, the reason I noticed you are a girl is because you are really beautiful. Je te jure."

Blushes and looks down while trying to contain the grin. Thanks. Tries to remind herself that he thought you were a girl first.

Well at least he didn't whine for my adress or phone number and didn't follow me around. I wonder why I always get foreign guys after me though. Well, I guess it's the pale skin, light hair, light eyes, freckles and curls but still... Not attractive to belgian guys? Weirdo's.
