It was just horrible. There were so many people in the same boat, we heard people all around us talking about how they missed their flight due to customs. And United claimed it wasn't their fault, by why the fuck do they sell connections so shortly after each other if they *know* it poses a problem. The way one of the women told it, it's like they're counting on people getting stuck so they can still add people to the flight which they overbooked. Ugh. Just ugh.
