2. *shrugs* There's not much background for Cam either, there was even less when I started playing him and I don't think Cam is borderline OC. That counts for a lot of characters, but Mal would still be doable. Granted, the reason I don't want to app Mustang as a student is because all the interesting stuff wouldn't have happened to him yet.
3. *snerks* Hawkeye would be lots of fun to play too.
