woodfaceBUGS! Okay, this was an episode that I completely enjoyed without any annoyances anywhere. Just, true love. I have a weakness for these kind of plots. Get people stranded somewhere and stuck with something that slowly picks them off. Yaaay!
Camboy was as cute as ever. It's nice and phallic of him that he always has to have the big gun. I know at first he used the P-90 too, but it seems he's got a new favourite. Anyone with a bit more brain about guns know what this one is? What the hell did he say when Daniel and the chinese girl were talking? *shakes head* I have no clue what that was, but he's cute. I love Cameron trying to be Teal'c friend too, he's just so damn bouncy about it.
So yaaaay! Fun episode. Too bad everyone died.
I don't know what to think of BSG anymore. I love Kara madly and it felt like they were trying to bring her back to S1 Kara but it just didn't work. They make a point of showing that Kara has grown up and then they make a point of showing that she hasn't.
Actually, I don't think the episode portrayed her right. I think we got to see Lee's view of Kara and not so much Kara. She's been trying to deal with this crew and has met resistance and when Lee comes in, it's just so much easier to believe that Kara is being a pain than that maybe something is wrong with Gardner(?). I'm also sick and tired of the new tendency that suddenly started to have Kara angst over Lee. Much like last week, she now got to watch him in the halls. *rolls eyes* Stop trying to make me believe the pairing, I don't buy it. I don't buy much in S2 anymore, lately.
Gardner is right, though. I buy how he sees Kara. Adama did take her on as his pet when no one else would. Any other officer would have smacked her hard by now. Cain never had to deal with Kara being rebelious.
ETA: Please tell me they did not go their way and start the oppression of women?
So I still think S2 isn't as good as S1 and I wish RM would pull himself together already.
In conclusion: Cameron Mitchell is cute.
