Katee on Apollo/Starbuck (paraphrased): "It (Lee & Kara sleeping together) will definitely happen. It might not last, but it will happen." (Although this interview seems to be from before S1.)
Katee (paraphrased): "I saw Tricia's nude scene on the mini and was thinking 'no one wants to see my ass'." How wrong is she about that?
She also comments on meeting JB's wife and feeling weird about thinking she might have to make out with him.
She's generally being cute. Damn her.
Discomfort working in a viper cockpit: there is no air flow in there, you sweat in the suit and can't drink because it takes ages to get out of if you want to go to the bathroom. So by the end of the day you're about to black out there.
Oooooo. Katee gives short bio that Moore wrote on Starbuck. Kara was an athlete but got injured (like Katee). She went into flight school as her mother was a pilot. She was bad there, went over the line a lot but was the best pilot. Flight school is where she met Lee and Zak.
On developments she wants to see for Starbuck:
1) Fire a gun. The guns they had were real and she couldn't fire one in the mini but she really wanted to.
2) Find out why Kara is like she is. Katee gives a beautiful description of her vision on Kara and how she needs to be "made human" and she has her moments where she breaks down.
Katee says that reading the script she thought about the Kara role "this is mine".
Alien series is her favourite movie series! *bounces* She loves Star Trek TNG, Mutant X and Hercules (WTF??).
If they would have just continued BSG instead of re-imagined she would have loved the role of Starbuck's daughter.
Lesson according to Katee of BSG: everything can be taken away from you but you still have your home in your friends, family and even in yourself if you just keep getting up in the morning.
Heh, she's a morning person. D'oh!
She explains the tattoo!!! Confirmed it means public property in latin. You give up some of your privacy as an actress and you won't be able to get that back. You are a role model. So she says you have to look at yourself as public property. Or it could be about the goverment. It can also mean good fortune.
