Stress in the morning

Last night I told nhawk78 that my mom would probably start whining about what I want to do next in september. I was wrong...

So this morning she told me I need to make up my mind. If I want to study one more year, then I can. If not, I need to get things in order or I'll be in trouble with the National Health Service.

*sighs* I just don't know what I want to do. Pack my packs and go visit some people around the world. But you need money for that and I don't think it's a great timing for anyone right now.

In America, if we've just finished school, we have an opportunity to get a work permit in Britain or Australia for about 6 months or so. And if we were Commonwealth (ie, Canadians or Australians, etc.), we could get one for longer. There have to be similar work/travel opportunities for you guys! (There just have to be! What's the point of the EU, if not? ;))

The problem is that I'm a scaredy cat. I can hardly cook, let alone stand on my own feet abroad. So kinda not realistic.

Sorry to here that, sweet. And why would you have problems with the NHS? Do you have to be working or a stundent to use it?

Anyhoo, I think you deserve more time to decide. But some kind of holiday/trip sounds like a good idea - it would probably help you make some decisions too.

I wish I had the time and money to run away with you for a while. *sigh*

Something like it. Don't know the finer details but it has to do with still being taken care of by your parents etc.
