- The acceptance that has started to show during S7 after episodes like Evolution, Grace, Chimera and Heroes.
- End of Sam/Pete in the early season. I can not see it continue after Lost City. I just can't.
- Slow exploration of Sam/Jack friendship in the early season.
- Maintenance of the UST.
- I want to see a romance at the end of the series. Not just the last episode but a bit before that. Nothing too overt but just Sam and Jack slowly crossing the borders of friendship.
- End of the season: Sam and Jack at his cabin.

Wow, just talked to Steven who isn't a shipper (although he thinks Sam and Jack should just sleep together and get it over with and he finds that ship has been there from the first ep). He logically sees Sam dating Jack in S8 but he's not saying why so he won't spoil me LOL. I agree, everything in Lost City is pointing towards this.
