Mar. 7th, 2004 02:02 amBack from Lord of the Rings. Wow, keeps being a great movie. Fave scene is probably the Rohirrim charging down the hill and crashing into the orcs. Woooohooooooooo!
I'm glad I saw it again. Hmmm and for free as the parents paid. Yeah, I went with my parents. My dad had been whining about going to the cinema but my mom didn't really want to but had said okay. They were either going to Master and Commander or LotR so I said that if they went to the latter I'd like to go with. I don't think I'd have seen it again otherwise and I really wanted to.
Yaaaaay!
PS: Why do I get teary when they light te beacons? I mean; they're beacons FCOL! You big sap! Gah!!!

Date: 2004-03-07 01:30 am (UTC)Huh. That's the part that first gets me sniffly too. Odd. Maybe it's to do with lots of people banding together to help others? That's what usually gets me going. Or when lots of people get together to pay respect to someone else. Like in Dead Poets Society, when the students all stand on their chairs and salute the teacher. (they did do that, right? i haven't seen that movie for years. *g*).
(smoooooooooooooooochies) I have that song for you! I'm coming online in a few mins. :)
