So I gather some courage and tell my mom that I want to go to the temp agency tomorrow. My mom objected. There is a six months waiting period before you can get any social security from the government. My waiting period will end next month. However, if I pick up a temp now, the waiting period will be prolonged again. So my mom wants me to wait for a few more weeks until that period expires. If I do get a temp job and then am without job again, I won't have to through a waiting period again.

*bottles courage for another month*

Kingdom of Heaven

I wasn't really expecting anything from this movie, except huge anachronisms (and we got those). But er... dude, boring. This is an action movie you say? Best thing about the movie is the music. Orlando Bloom wasn't as awful as he was in Troy, so that's something I guess.

Ugh. Sad really. There aren't many movies who have dealt with this theme. They could have done some very interesting things with it. I'm sad this is all they managed to do.
