(no subject)

Slow day. I had two dreams last night. I'm sure one was smutty and involved Kara and Sam, sadly enough I forgot everything about it as the doorbell woke me up. The other dream was just odd and is kinda escaping me. That will teach me to leave it so long.

Gorgeous weather outside, as if the weather gods suddenly decided to make it spring. Snowdrops and daffodils are in bloom. I love the word "daffodil", probably should blame that on Luka Bloom.

Got my hair cut. It's a lot shorter. Looks kinda bouncy and fluffy. My mom was enthusiastic and said she really liked it.

I thought there was a point to this post, but there apparently isn't. Am trying to gather my courage. Slowly.

Oh and Farscape's "John Quixote" kinda sucked. But then the entire S4 up til now has sucked. It's annoying me. I don't know why they changed the make up, but it's ugly. John and Aeryn are working on my nerves. They're suddenly switching roles and being general idiots. Good thing Chiana/Sikozu is entertaining.

hello sunshine

Jara is in a good mood. I'm sure that deserves mentioning as it happens so rarely. The weather outside if gorgeous and I wish I could drag Julie and Claira out for a walk with me. Why haven't they invented transporters yet? I think this invention should be a priority.

Had a letter back from my application to the Public Center for Social Welfare in Brussels (they have an archive). I still didn't get a job, but the guy was really friendly. He commented on how my degree, interests and practical skills are all a benefit, but sadly enough they have no position open. He did say that if I think coming down to talk to him would help, I am always welcome. Not that I think there is any point if they don't have anything available. BUT, he did also mention that my local town supposedly has an application open for someone with my degree. Hello, now this is interesting.

So yes, Jara is in a good mood. I have posted fic and I have the beta for part 4 in the Starcrossed universe back and should be posting that either today or tomorrow too. Yaay!
